What does the $1,000 fee include?
CAD $1,000 covers one private tour day for up to three guests, plus applicable taxes. Inclusions are advance research, itinerary coordination, private viewings, SUV travel personally driven by Ibrahim and a written comparison afterward. Exact hours, route and services are confirmed in your written agreement.
Who is the experience designed for?
Luxury-home buyers, business buyers and property investors who want a personally organized viewing experience. It's also suitable for out-of-town buyers planning a focused visit to Edmonton.
Can we explore confidential opportunities?
Where suitable opportunities are available and sellers authorize access, they can be considered for your itinerary. Some business information requires an NDA and buyer qualification. Off-market access and individual appointments are not guaranteed.
How many guests can join?
Up to three guests can attend, in addition to Ibrahim. Let him know about mobility or access needs when enquiring so the vehicle and proposed stops can be discussed before booking.
What should I wear?
Casual dress is welcome. Ibrahim wears smart casual attire and personally drives and hosts your tour. Choose comfortable footwear suitable for the properties on your itinerary.
How is my privacy handled?
Appointments are coordinated discreetly. Information is disclosed with your authorization or where legally required. Private coordination does not mean anonymous purchasing; identification and transaction requirements still apply.
Can we travel outside Edmonton?
Nearby communities can be considered when planning your itinerary. The route, travel time and any additional costs are agreed before booking.
When should I pay?
Pay after Ibrahim has confirmed availability, your itinerary and written booking terms. Use the payment panel below once those arrangements are agreed. An enquiry doesn't reserve a date.
Is the fee credited toward a purchase?
Any credit toward a later purchase is confirmed in your written service agreement. The agreement also explains brokerage compensation, payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms.
