Refunds & Non-Returnable Services
All services and digital products sold through AlbertaSell.com are non-refundable by default. These include but are not limited to: consultation packages, FSBO kits, contract review tools, downloadable resources, and any service that does not involve the shipment of a physical product.
Because our offerings are considered digital services, custom consultations, or on-demand tools, they are deemed delivered at the time of purchase or upon first contact. As such, these services are not eligible for refunds under typical circumstances.
In rare cases, a refund may be considered upon written request and is subject to special approval from management. Approval is not guaranteed and must be based on demonstrable technical error, service failure, or misrepresentation of the product. If a refund is approved, please allow up to 60 days for processing and disbursement. Approved refunds may also be subject to a processing and administrative fee of up to 20% of the original transaction total.
By purchasing from AlbertaSell.com, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy and waive the right to chargebacks or disputes except in the case of proven fraud or unauthorized transactions.
