Refunds (7-Day Refund Window)

Refund requests: If you purchase an online service or digital product through AlbertaSell.com, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the purchase date by emailing info@AlbertaSell.com. Please include your name, the email used at checkout, your order/receipt number, and the reason for the request.

Eligibility: Refunds are generally available when requested within 7 days, provided the service has not been fully delivered or substantially performed. If work has already started, we may provide a full or partial refund depending on what has been delivered. If a digital product has been delivered and materially accessed/used, a refund may not be available.

Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time (typically 5–10 business days). Payment processor fees may be non-refundable where the processor does not return them.

Your rights: This refund policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
