Prices are in Canadian dollars before applicable tax. Each plan includes four scheduled visits per month. Please arrange your initial consultation before paying: property suitability, access, scope, visit dates, final pricing, and payment terms are confirmed before service starts. Residential size bands use above-grade floor area; basements, outbuildings, and complex requirements are assessed at onboarding. Condo service covers the individual unit. The $600 commercial fee applies to an agreed qualifying unit; larger or complex premises require a separate quotation.

Accessible areas are visually checked for apparent leaks, damage, unusual conditions, and concerns at agreed entry points.

Temperature observations and visible signs of heating or water concerns are recorded as part of the agreed checklist.
Document the visit
A dated photo report records observations and highlights anything that calls for your attention or a specialist’s assessment.
Keep you informed
Communication follows your agreed contact preferences, with an escalation plan established for concerns found during a visit.
Coordinate when needed
Additional attendance or contractor access can be arranged within an agreed scope, with your authorization and separately agreed fees.
Home watch provides scheduled visual observations of accessible areas. Specialist inspections, repairs, cleaning, snow removal, lawn care, alarm response, and continuous security monitoring are outside the standard plans. Any additional work is agreed separately.

What is home watch, and what does a visit include?
Home watch is a scheduled visual check of accessible areas for apparent concerns while the owner is away. Your agreed checklist may include doors and windows, visible signs of leaks or damage, temperature observations, and accessible exterior areas where included. Each completed visit includes a photo report. It is not a technical home inspection.
How much does Edmonton home watch cost?
Private Condo Watch starts at $400 CAD per month. Signature Residence Watch starts at $500 for detached homes up to and including 3,000 square feet. Estate Residence Watch starts at $700 for residences over 3,000 square feet. Private Commercial Property Watch is $600 for a qualifying, agreed commercial unit. Each includes four scheduled visits per month, before applicable tax. Complex properties and extra services are quoted individually.
Are four monthly visits the same as weekly service?
No. These plans include four scheduled visits in each month, with dates agreed at onboarding. A true weekly schedule can require a fifth visit in some months. If you need weekly service, more than four monthly visits, or a specific maximum interval between checks, request a tailored quote.
Will the visits satisfy my insurance requirements?
Ask your insurer to confirm its requirements for your property’s occupancy status, absence duration, season, and check frequency before choosing a plan. Four monthly visits may not meet your policy’s requirements. Visit reports provide a record of attendance and observations; they do not guarantee coverage or replace any required vacancy arrangements.
What happens if a concern is found?
The concern is documented and communicated according to the contact and escalation arrangements agreed at onboarding. Any additional attendance, contractor access, or repair coordination requires the agreed authorization and may involve additional fees. Home-watch visits do not include continuous monitoring or guaranteed emergency attendance.
Can you look after a penthouse, estate, or several properties?
Yes, you can request a tailored proposal. Property size, layout, number of locations, access arrangements, outbuildings, and the required scope determine suitability and pricing. Individual condo service does not include management of the condominium corporation or common areas.
How do I book, and should I pay first?
Begin with the private inquiry form so we can confirm your property’s suitability, service availability, and requirements. After we agree on the scope, price, and start date, use the payment link for your selected plan. A payment alone does not establish visit dates or expand the agreed service scope.
